Encoded Archival Context – Functions (EAC-F)

Encoded Archival Context: Functions (EAC-F) is the standard to use for describing the activities and functions that are carried out mainly by a corporate body in how they preform their day to day work. Each EAC-F record describes one function or activity and these can be related into a hierarchy of functions and activities.

This is the description of the function or activity carried out by a creator resulting in a record or records
