Encoded Archival Context – Corporate bodies, Persons and Families (EAC-CPF)
Encoded Archival Context: Corporate Bodies, Persons, and Families (EAC-CPF) is the standard to use for describing a corporate body which can be either a company or a small non-profit organization, a person or a family by giving information about all the names this entity have had, when it existed and among other things also have it is related to another entity.
This is the description of the creator which through a function or activity produces records.
